Alex Caruso has been downgraded to questionable ahead of Monday’s matchup with Washington due to a left ankle sprain.
Caruso was given a probable tag Sunday, so this latest update isn’t encouraging for his availability. If he’s unable to go, Onuralp Bitim and Jevon Carter could see a few more minutes.

Alex Caruso is questionable for Monday’s matchup with the Kings due to a right hamstring strain.
Chicago’s depth is pretty thin right now, so if Caruso is sidelined, guys like Dalen Terry and Onuralp Bitim could see increased run. Andre Drummond - who replaced Caruso in the starting lineup Wednesday - is also a candidate for increased playing time.

According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the Bulls have signed Onuralp Bitim to a two-way contract.
A native of Turkey, Bitim spent this past season playing for Bursaspor in the nation’s top basketball league. A second-team All-EuroCup selection, the 6-foot-6 wing averaged 17.9 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 0.8 steals, and 2.0 3-pointers per game in that competition. News of Bitim’s signing was first reported on June 25 by On Tap Sports Net. He has the ability to space the floor with his perimeter shooting, as evidenced by Bitim making more than 40% of his 3-point attempts in Turkey’s BSL.
