Baylor forward Quincy Miller declared himself 100 percent healthy.
“During the year, I wasn’t back to normal, but now I feel I’m back to 100 percent,” he said. Miller tore his ACL as a high school senior, and it obviously hampered him last season at Baylor. Miller also revealed that Ty Lawson is campaigning for the Nuggets to draft Miller at no. 20 overall, and Miller knows he has a few things to work on. “I definitely need to get stronger and put on a few pounds.”

The Nuggets took Baylor F Quincy Miller with the 38th pick of the draft.
Miller tore his ACL as a senior in high school, but is reportedly back at full strength. He might have been wise to stay in school, as many experts think he might have been a lottery pick a year from now.
  • Small Forward #20
Baylor F Quincy Miller worked out for the Pistons on Tuesday.
Miller won’t go inside the top 10, and the Pistons are not considering him with their No. 9 overall pick. Detroit could be looking to move down or back into the first round following its first pick, and it’s conceivable the club has an eye on Miller. Similar to Washington G Tony Wroten Jr., many believe Miller would have been a lottery pick in 2013 had he stayed in school for another year.

    Nuggets sign F Quincy Miller.
Miller, a 6'9" small forward, has tons of potential and could be a steal at No. 38 for Denver, but he isn’t likely to make an impact as a rookie. The Nuggets now have the maximum 15 players on their roster.
  • Small Forward #20
The Nuggets have assigned Quincy Miller to the D-League.
Miller was a second-round pick in 2012 and he wasn’t getting any on-court experience with the Nuggets. He’ll get plenty of burn with the Iowa Energy, where his new teammates include such well-known names as Ravern Johnson and Mike Efevberha.
  • Small Forward #20
Quincy Miller could see time in the D-League this season.
Not really a huge surprise as Miller was a second-round pick for the Nuggets in 2012, and with the impressive depth Denver boasts on the wing, Miller would just sit at the end of George Karl’s bench if he’s not sent to the D-League. Rookie Evan Fournier is another candidate for D-League action as well.
  • Small Forward #20
The Nuggets recalled Quincy Miller from the D-League on Saturday.
The Nuggets second-round draft pick in 2012, Miller averaged 14.0 points and 10.7 rebounds with the Iowa Energy but he has yet to appear in an NBA game.
  • Small Forward #20
The Nuggets have tendered a contract offer to second-round pick Quincy Miller.
Miller slipped to the second round before the Nuggets took him No. 38 in the 2012 draft, and the team has submitted a tender in order to retain his draft rights. Although the current offer is non-guaranteed, tendering an offer allows the team to retain his draft rights for one year and the two sides can further work on a potential agreement.

Nuggets assign F Quincy Miller to the D-League.
Miller is not an option in any fantasy format.
  • Shooting Guard #32
Nuggets recall G Julyan Stone and F Quincy Miller from the D-League.
Neither player is likely to carry even minimal fantasy value this season.
