Sim Bhullar has signed a deal with Da Cin in Taiwan.
The 7'5" center spent last season in the D-League, averaging 9.6 points and 6.9 rebounds per game. His conditioning is still a major concern and that will make it tough for him to work his way back to the NBA.

Sim Bhullar has signed a deal with Guangxi in the Chinese NBL.
The 7'5" center spent the 2016-17 season in Taiwan and averaged 19.7 points, 15.4 rebounds and 2.6 blocks per game. He’s only 24 years old, but his conditioning has a long way to go if he hopes to make it back to the NBA.

Sim Bhullar will leave the Las Vegas Summer League in order to join the Canadian National Team.
Bhullar scored four points with 10 rebounds and one block in 20 minutes during his summer league debut vs. the Raptors on Friday, but he will gain a lot of experience with the Canadian National Team. Bhullar is a lot of fun to watch, but he has a lot of work to do before he will make another NBA roster.

Sim Bhullar made his NBA debut with the Kings on Tuesday, going without any stats in a brief late-game cameo.
George Karl suggested that he’d give his 7'5" center some playing time tonight, but he wound up playing just a few seconds at the bitter end of the Kings’ 116-111 home win. As fun as it would be to see Bhullar earn substantial minutes, there’s no fantasy value to be had here.

The Kings will sign New Mexico State’s massive center Sim Bhullar, according to his agent Mike George.
Sim is a big boy at 7'5" and 355 pounds. The big man averaged 10.1 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 2.4 blocks during his sophomore season with New Mexico State. He also shot 46.5 from the charity stripe, so he certainly is a bit rough around the edges. However, one thing you can’t teach in the NBA is size, and he has that going for him. With regards to fantasy, he can be ignored for now.

Sim Bhullar isn’t expected to get another 10-day contract from the Kings this season.
The Kings are planning on signing G David Stockton to a multi-year deal, and Bhullar’s current deal expires on Saturday. Bhullar made three very brief appearances this week, but it’s obvious that he needs to work on his conditioning and he will likely spend the rest of the season developing his game in the D-League. We will let you know if anything changes.
  • NBA Power Forward #4
DeMarcus Cousins (sore right foot) is considered doubtful to play vs. the Jazz on Wednesday.
Cousins will meet with team doctors Tuesday night in order to get a second opinion, so hopefully we will know more details soon. Jason Thompson will likely be pressed into a bigger role with Cousins on the shelf, while we also might get a chance to see Sim Bhullar get some minutes. Cousins’ owners should stand pat until we obtain more information.
  • SAC Power Forward #30
Reggie Evans is starting vs. the Wolves on Tuesday in place of DeMarcus Cousins (foot).
Cousins is considered doubtful for Wednesday’s game vs. the Jazz, so Evans could be a sneaky play this week for owners in need of rebounding. In six previous starts this season, Evans has posted averages of 6.8 points and 10.0 rebounds in 25.2 minutes per game. Jason Thompson should also play more tonight while Sim Bhullar is expected to make his debut.
  • NBA Power Forward #4
DeMarcus Cousins (sore right foot) will not suit up for Tuesday’s game vs. the Timberwolves.
The Kings are currently on the front end of a back-to-back set, and we’ll be considering him questionable for Wednesday’s game vs. the Jazz. With Cousins out there will be more minutes for guys like Jason Thompson, Derrick Williams, and Reggie Evans, but none of those guys make for great options in most leagues. Sim Bhullar will have the opportunity to make his NBA debut tonight, and he could be worth a look as a shot blocking streamer in extremely deep leagues.

The Kings may sign Sim Bhullar to a 10-day deal.
Interesting. Bhullar gained a lot of popularity during Summer League for his famous picture next to DeMarcus Cousins, which made Cousins look more like Nate Robinson than one of the biggest centers in the NBA. If the Kings are going to rest Cousins, maybe the 7'5, 359-pound big man gets some minutes. Leave him on the wire for now, though.
