Tony Wroten said his goal is to land another NBA job.
Wroten spent four years in the NBA with three of those coming during the Sam Hinkie era in Philly. His best season was in 2014-15 when he put up 16.9 points, 5.2 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.2 triples, but injuries derailed his career. He has since been playing overseas where he’s had a lot of success, and considering he’s only 27, it’s not out of the question that he could get another shot in the NBA.

Washington freshman PG Tony Wroten has decided to enter the 2012 NBA draft.
Wroten immediately becomes one of the best raw talents in the draft. He’s a pure point guard at 6'5/205 with excellent athleticism. But his wildly erratic shooting (16.1 percent from 3-point range) and out-of-control style are red flags. Wroten has been projected anywhere from the late lottery to the second round.

Washington PG Tony Wroten has signed with an agent, reports Yahoo’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
That means he’s staying in the draft, and is one of the few true point guards available. He could go late in the lottery, or fall into the second round of the draft.

Washington G Tony Wroten impressed the Grizzlies in his Monday workout.
Wroten struggled with his mid-range jumper, but he “consistently buried 3-pointers.” Grizzlies director of player personnel Tony Barone Sr. called Wroten a “tough, tough, tough evaluation” for the team, and added that Wroten is “a guy that’s intriguing to us.” Wroten gave himself a B- for the workout and said, “I know I can shoot. I just have to keep working at it. You can never be satisfied.” We don’t anticipate him sliding out of the top 25 picks.

The Grizzlies selected Washington G Tony Wroten at No. 25, the Grizzlies’ only pick in the 2012 draft.
At 6'6", the left-handed Wroten has terrific size for a point guard, and is a major upside pick for Memphis. He’s a clever passer with great athleticism, but needs to develop a more consistent jump shot and hone his ball-handling -- he shot 44.3 percent from the field with Washington last year, while averaging 5.0 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.9 steals, and a troubling 3.8 turnovers. He also shot 58.3 percent from the FT line, a serious concern in fantasyland.

Washington PG Tony Wroten reportedly measures out at 6-foot-6, which is a full inch taller than he was originally listed at.
If he is 6-foot-6, that’s great size for a point guard, and won’t hurt his stock as a potential combo-guard, either.

Baylor F Quincy Miller worked out for the Pistons on Tuesday.
Miller won’t go inside the top 10, and the Pistons are not considering him with their No. 9 overall pick. Detroit could be looking to move down or back into the first round following its first pick, and it’s conceivable the club has an eye on Miller. Similar to Washington G Tony Wroten Jr., many believe Miller would have been a lottery pick in 2013 had he stayed in school for another year.

Washington PG Tony Wroten worked out for the Bucks on Sunday.
Wroten is not expected to be a lottery pick and the Bucks don’t need a guard with the 12th pick in the draft, which makes this workout a bit curious. But even if the Bucks were to trade down in the draft, Wroten still doesn’t seem like a target for a team with Brandon Jennings and Monta Ellis as a starting backcourt.

The Grizzlies will work out Washington G Tony Wroten on Monday, followed by Kentucky PG Marquis Teague on Tuesday.
The Grizzlies hold the No. 25 pick and it appears they’re targeting a PG in the draft (though other lower-profile players will also work out for them this week). They probably regret giving up on Greivis Vasquez last season, as neither Jeremy Pargo nor Josh Selby seems like a long-term solution behind Mike Conley.

Tony Wroten headlined a group of players worked out by the Warriors on Monday.
Wroten has been working out with Brandon Roy since the college season ended, but he’s not projected to be a lottery pick and the Warriors could be eyeing him at the back end of the first round. Wroten was joined by Jeff Taylor, Draymond Green, Kevin Jones and Tu Holloway.
