Titans hired Ravens wide receivers coach Greg Lewis to the same role.
Lewis is a former NFL wide receiver who spent the past three seasons as the Ravens’ wide receivers coach. He previously worked with Titans general manager Mike Borgonzi in Kansas City from 2017-2022, first as receivers coach, then as running backs coach. New head coach Robert Saleh added Brian Daboll as offensive coordinator and is now starting to build the rest of the offensive staff with Lewis’ hire.

Saints are interviewing Ravens wide receivers coach Greg Lewis for the team’s offensive coordinator vacancy.
Lewis, who played wideout for Andy Reid’s Eagles from 2003 to 2008, coached under Reid in Kansas City as a running backs and receivers coach for two seasons before joining the Ravens staff. He was an offensive assistant for the Saints during the 2015 season, and will now vie to replace longtime Saints OC Pete Carmichael, who was fired after another mediocre season. The team is also interviewing Texans QBs coach Jerrod Johnson and Klint Kubiak, the 49ers passing game coordinator.

Eagles signed WR Greg Lewis to a five-year contract extension.
Lewis continues to improve on special teams and is making improvements in the passing game. He could take over Freddie Mitchell or Todd Pinkston’s role eventually.

Greg Lewis will likely be the No. 1 receiver on many plays tonight.
Philly looks certain to rest most of their stars: a fact that won’t please New Orleans and Carolina. Lewis and Billy McMullen should play plenty against the Rams.

Greg Lewis’ 2005 fantasy value climbs considerably if Todd Pinkston is out for season.
We had Lewis listed as a sleeper before the news. Now the explosive deep threat has a good chance to start opposite Terrell Owens. He looks draftable as a fun flier in all re-draft leagues.

As expected, the Eagles announced Greg Lewis will step into the starting lineup after Todd Pinkston’s injury.
Rookie Reggie Brown will initially compete with Billy McMullen for the No. 3 job, although he could eventually challenge. Lewis should break off some big games, but the Eagles offense still isn’t designed for weekly consistency from their receivers.

After practicing with the first-team offense, Greg Lewis said he isn’t concerned about replacing Todd Pinkston as the Eagles’ #2 receiver.
''There’s a lot expected of me,’' Lewis said. ''When somebody gets hurt, somebody else has to step in, and there shouldn’t be any dropoff. That’s what I need to do, I need to go in there and do what Todd did, if not more than Todd did.’'

NFL Network’s Adam Schefter reports that if the season started today, Greg Lewis and Reggie Brown would be the Eagles’ starting wide receivers.
This is pretty surprising after Lewis disappointed Eagles brass last year with inconsistent and sometimes soft play. Todd Pinkston will likely get a chance to overtake the former undrafted free agent in training camp and Jabar Gaffney could be headed for the slot.

Eagles WR Greg Lewis had two catches for 91 yards Friday night.
Lewis got deep on a perfectly-thrown 61-yard TD bomb via Jeff Garcia. His roster spot appears somewhat safe heading to preseason Week 4.

Eagles WR Greg Lewis could be released before the season.
He’s a long way from catching a touchdown in the Super Bowl. Darnerian McCants could make the team over Lewis because of special teams.
