    Colts signed CB Kevin Toliver.
Toliver signed with the Ravens last offseason after spending some time on their practice squad in the previous year. He was waived by the team in May. Before that, he had earned playing time as a UDFA in Chicago and again in Denver. He has 29 career appearances to his name.

  • Ravens waived CB Kevin Toliver.
Toliver is a four-year veteran who got his start as a UDFA with the Bears in 2018. He appeared in 15 games in each of his first two seasons with the Bears but has seen action in just two games since 2020. Baltimore signed him to a reserve/future contract back in January.

  • FA Tight End #44
The Broncos did not extend tenders to restricted free agents TE Jake Butt, TE Troy Fumagalli, DB Kevin Toliver and LB Austin Calitro, making them free agents.
A hyped college prospect, injuries prevented Butt’s Broncos career from ever getting off the ground. It’s remarkable he survived in Denver as long as he did. Of Butt’s 10 career receptions, two came in 2020. Four months shy of his 26th birthday, Butt’s NFL future is not bright.

  • Bears signed LSU CB Kevin Toliver.
Toliver (6’2/192) turned pro after spending three years in Baton Rouge as a part-time starter, all told spreading four tackles for loss, 16 pass breakups, and two interceptions across 31 games (18 starts). A disappointment as a former five-star recruit, Toliver never met expectations at LSU due to knee and shoulder injuries and a reported lack of maturity. Toliver is a talented project with elite size, but his history of underachievement is a significant red flag.
