One of the various Lions arrested in 2012 has waived a preliminary hearing on multiple charges arising from an incident in which he struck a pair of cars and then left on foot, according to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press.
No date has been set for trial. Berry faces one count of DUI, two counts of accidents involving other vehicles, and two counts of failure to stop and render aid and leaving the scene of an accident.
