Last week Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Anquan Boldin thought his injured ankle felt good enough to give it a go. But Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt disagreed with that assessment, leading to a dispute between the player and the coach over why Boldin sat out.
No such disputes this week: Boldin is active and ready to play against the Seattle Seahawks.
The Cardinals’ inactives are linebackers Gerald Hayes and Chike Okeafor, offensive linemen Herman Johnson and Brandon Keith, tight ends Dominique Byrd and Ben Patrick and wide receiver Sean Morey. Brian St. Pierre is the Cardinals’ third quarterback.
The Seahawks’ inactives are defensive back Jamar Adams, fullback Owen Schmitt, guards Mike Gibson and Mansfield Wrotto, defensive tackle Red Bryant, tight end Cameron Morrah and defensive end Derek Walker. Mike Teel is the Seahawks’ third quarterback.
