Texans running back Arian Foster is out of today’s game in Kansas City with a hamstring injury.

Foster went to the locker room early, and although the Texans initially said he was questionable to return, Foster returned to the sideline out of uniform, and the team confirmed he is out for the game.

Hamstring injuries have ailed Foster in the past, and it would be a significant blow to Houston if he’s out for any significant amount of time.

Surprisingly, the Texans are playing fairly well anyway and took a 10-7 lead over the Chiefs in the second quarter.
