The Buffalo Bills benched quarterback Trent Edwards, and they’d be willing to get rid of him completely.
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Bills talked to at least one team this week about a trade for Edwards.
The question is whether any other team would want Edwards, who was unimpressive in the Bills’ first two games. It seems unlikely that any other team would see anything in Edwards that the Bills don’t see.
But the Bills have moved on to Ryan Fitzpatrick, so it makes sense that they’re looking to see if they can get anything for Edwards.
