One day after the first two-sack game of his pro career, Colts outside linebacker Bjoern Werner appeared on the injury report as Indianapolis began its prep for Thursday’s game at Houston.

Werner (ankle) was one of four Colts who did not practice on Monday because of ankle injuries, with defensive tackle Arthur Jones, cornerback Darius Butler and rookie left guard Jack Mewhort also sitting out.

Jones and Mewhort were inactive in Sunday’s victory vs. Baltimore because of their injuries, and each was listed on the Week Five injury report. However, Werner and Butler are new additions to the Colts’ injury list.

Jones has missed each of the last three games for Indianapolis (3-2), while Mewhort hadn’t missed a game before Sunday.

The only other Colts player on the Monday injury report was right guard Hugh Thornton, who was limited with an ankle ailment.
