Chase Ford has found his third team in the last five months.

Ford, a tight end who was waived by the Ravens yesterday, was claimed by the Browns today.

The 25-year-old Ford played for the Vikings from 2012 to 2015 but was cut by Minnesota in November. The Ravens picked him up late in the season but decided yesterday they no longer needed him, after re-signing tight end Dennis Pitta. Ford initially entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Eagles in 2012.

The 6-foot-6, 245-pound Ford has 34 catches for 391 yards and one touchdown in his career.
