The Chargers are hiring former Titans quarterbacks coach John McNulty as their tight ends coach, Alex Marvez of FOX Sports reported Monday.

The Chargers retained head coach Mike McCoy but the offensive staff has been remade. McNulty has history with new offensive coordinator Ken Whisenhunt.

McNulty has 25 seaons of coaching experience. Before joining the Titans in 2014 under Whisenhunt he was the quarterbacks coach and wide receivers coach in Arizona and quarterbacks coach in Tampa Bay. He’s also worked for the Cowboys and Jaguars.
