Chiefs bring back outside linebacker Dezman Moses

The Chiefs gave Dezman Moses a few months to look around, but brought him back.

The veteran outside linebacker was signed Tuesday, along with safety Peni Vea. To make room for them on the roster, the Chiefs waived defensive back Keith Lewis and linebacker Efe Obada.

Moses has shown some flashes as a pass-rusher during his year with the Packers and over the course of the past three years with the Chiefs, but hasn’t had a sack since 2012.

But the Chiefs have kept him around. He was with them in the playoffs, where his most notable moment was being fined $17,363 for roughing the passer in the playoffs, so maybe they figured they owed him.
