The Falcons have added a cornerback with good size in Round Two, taking LSU’s Jalen Collins 42nd overall.
Collins (6-1, 203) fits the mold of the longer corners featured in Seattle, where new head coach Dan Quinn rose to prominence as an assistant. He’ll vie for playing time in a secondary that features third-year corners Desmond Trufant and Robert Alford, Atlanta’s first two picks in 2013.
The Falcons have the remaining picks: No. 73 (Round Three), No. 107 (Round Four), No. 146 (Round Five), No. 185 (Round Six), No. 225 (Round Seven), Ro. 249 (Round Seven).
