The Falcons have signed a fourth-round pick and a fifth-round pick and waived four players.
The team announced today that it signed fourth-round center Joe Hawley and fifth-round cornerback Dominique Franks.
Hawley, a 6-foot-3, 302-pounder, was a three-year starter at center and guard at UNLV. Franks, a 6-foot, 197-pounder, was a two-year starter at Oklahoma who was voted All-Big 12 by the conferences coaches last season.
The Falcons waived cornerback Dominique Daniels, long snapper Justin Drescher, kicker Garrett Lindholm and defensive tackle Trey Bryant.
