Matt Mitrione, a former member of the New York Giants and Minnesota Vikings, is now a mixed martial arts fighter. On Saturday night, Mitrione scored a technical knockout of Kimbo Slice, a YouTube sensation who is only 4-2 as a pro fighter.

Mitrione signed with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out of Purdue in 2002, appearing in nine games with no starts. He was then out of football in 2003 and 2004. He was a member of the Vikings in 2005, but he made no game appearances.
He has now made two appearances as a professional MMA fighter, and he is undefeated.
