On Saturday, the country saw what Steelers fans realized late in the second half of the season: Pittsburgh wideouts Antonio Brown and Emmanuel Sanders have to be accounted for.
To beat the Steelers, you need a deep secondary that can handle Brown, Sanders, Hines Ward, and potentially the fastest threat in the league in Mike Wallace.
The Jets beat the Patriots by keeping eleven defensive backs active and playing great man coverage on the outside and disrupting routes. My favorite PFT Live guest Rodney Harrison thinks that’s why New York is set up well to face Pittsburgh on Sunday.
We also will keep an eye on cornerback Drew Coleman, who forced two fumbles against Ben Roethlisberger in Week 15. Coleman also had a sack on a blitz of Tom Brady on Sunday.
