The Boston Herald, which last month broke the news of Tom Brady’s infected knee, now reports that stiffness in the knee is hampering Brady’s rehab efforts. Per Karen Guregian of the Herald, Brady is working daily with the team’s training staff to alleviate “acute” stiffness in the joint. Brady also is suffering from impaired mobility and range of motion. The Patriots quarterback remains on a six-week course of IV antibiotics to flush the infection from his system. The current condition of his new ACL, which was created via a patellar tendon graft, is unknown.
