The black Cadillac Escalade registered to former Tennessee Titans quarterback Steve McNair, who was shot to death along with a woman believed to be his girlfriend, was involved in a DUI arrest two days ago, according to Kate Howard of the Tennessean.
Per the report, the car was registered to McNair and a 20-year-old woman named Sahel Kazemi.
And Kazemi was charged with DUI and refusing to take a Breathalyzer test, according to police reports.
According to published reports, a black Escalade was towed away from the downtown Nashville condo where McNair and an unidentified woman were discovered today.
Police have confirmed that woman was not McNair’s wife, Mechelle.
And CNN has reported that the woman killed was McNair’s girlfriend.
However, it hasn’t been determined conclusively whether Kazemi was McNair’s girlfriend.
