Migraine headaches have caused Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Percy Harvin to miss several practices this season. Today migraines may cause him to miss a game for the first time.
Jason La Canfora of NFL Network reports that Harvin is not scheduled to play in today’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Harvin is listed as questionable with an illness on the official injury report.
Harvin has struggled with migraines for most of his life, and he has repeatedly shown up on the injury report with an unspecified illness, apparently because of the headaches.
But Harvin, who is second on the team in catches and receiving yards, hasn’t missed any games. That is apparently about to change.
