Two weeks ago, Bills receiver/kick returner Roscoe Parrish fell out of favor in Buffalo with a couple of mistakes on punt returns, one of which cost the Bills the game.
Last week, Parrish didn’t dress.
This week, the good news is he’ll be in uniform.
The bad news is that he’ll be the third quarterback.
The move means that Parrish will be able to enter the game in the fourth quarter if the Bills decide to use him. If he plays before that, neither Ryan Fitzpatrick nor Gibran Hamdan will be permitted to return.
Also inactive for the Bills are quarterback Trent Edwards (concussion), safety Donte Whitner, safety Bryan Scott, running back Xavier Omon, tackle Jonathan Scott, tight end Shawn Nelson, and defensive end Chris Ellis.
For the Panthers, A.J. Feeley is the third quarterback. The guys who won’t dress are running back Tyrell Sutton, defensive back Keith Lewis, fullback Brad Hoover, linebacker Thomas Davis, tackle Garry Williams, guard Duke Robinson, and defensive tackle Nick Hayden.
