One day after signing seventh-round safety Courtney Green (Rutgers), the Seattle Seahawks announced that they’ve also agreed to terms with sixth-round quarterback Mike Teel (Rutgers) and seventh-round defensive end Nick Reed (Oregon). Teel started for three seasons at Rutgers and is the Scarlet Knights’ all-time leader with 9,383 yards and 59 touchdown passes. A first-team All-American selection, Reed is Oregon’s all-time leader with 29 1/2 career sacks. UPDATE: According to Adam Caplan of Scout.com, Teel’s four-year contract is worth close to $1.86 million and includes a signing bonus of nearly $114,000. Reed’s four-year deal has a total value of nearly $1.8 million and included a signing bonus close to $41,000. With three rookie contracts competed for Seattle team officials, the following draft picks remain unsigned: linebacker Aaron Curry (first round), center Max Unger (second round) wide receiver Deon Butler (third round) and tight end Cameron Morrah (seventh round).
