The Vikings practiced without wide receiver Stefon Diggs again on Friday, but they’re not ready to make a call on his availability for Sunday’s game against the Texans.

Diggs has been dealing with a groin injury that’s kept him from working at practice this week. Coach Mike Zimmer said Friday that the team will wait to make its decision about whether their leading receiver is going to play.

“I don’t know. We’ll see,” Zimmer said, via Chad Graff of the Pioneer Press.

Zimmer did say that the team will go without right tackle Andre Smith. Smith also missed practice all this week and his elbow injury will keep him from playing this weekend, although he disputed a report that he’ll be placed on injured reserve as a result of the problem. Jeremiah Sirles is expected to get the start in Smith’s place against Houston.

UPDATE 2:19 p.m. ET: The Vikings officially listed Diggs as doubtful, which makes him unlikely to play based on the formal definition of the designation.
