Texans attach a theme to every game this year
If Titans quarterback Zach Mettenberger wants more ammunition for poking the oversized Brahma Bull that is Texans defensive end J.J. Watt, the Texans have provided it.
Houston’s NFL franchise has attached a theme to every home game to be played in 2015, a move that Mettenberger probably would deem “high schoolish.”
It also could be called “collegeish.” It also could be labeled “money-makingish.” Eight of the ten themed home games have a presenting sponsor, which means that the Texans are making a little (or a lot) more money for nothing.
Which will buy plenty of letterman jackets, pom-poms, and class rings.
