The Vikings haven’t said yet which quarterback will be under center Sunday against the Titans.
But at least they know he’ll be protected.
Via Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press, Vikings left tackle Matt Kalil returned to practice Monday, after missing the final two preseason games with a leg injury.
That’s good news for either incumbent Shaun Hill or newcomer Sam Bradford, who is still learning the Vikings offense after coming over in a trade from the Eagles.
“It’s much improved,’’ Vikings coach Mike Zimmer said of his offensive line. “Matt has been missing for a couple of days, but I think he’s had a very good camp.’’
The Vikings also got cornerback Xavier Rhodes (hamstring) back on the field, though wide receiver Charles Johnson remains out with the same undisclosed problem that kept him out last week.
