    Bengals released QB Logan Woodside.
The 30-year-old quarterback will likely be asked to hold a clipboard elsewhere. The Bengals also waived OG Tashawn Manning and signed DT McTelvin Agim, DT Taven Bryan and C Andrew Raym.
  • Former Auburn senior OG Tashawn Manning transferred to Kentucky.
Auburn seems to be having a mini-exodus of their own, with QB Bo Nix leaving earlier. Now they lose Manning (6'4"/335) who was the starter at left guard last year, and played in all 12 games this year, starting three. This is Manning’s final year of eligibility.

  • A foot injury could sideline Auburn freshman DT Tashawn Manning for the rest of spring practice.
Auburn DL coach Rodney Gardner deemed Manning to be questionable for the rest of the spring session. The Tigers have just five practices remaining. Manning was a three-star recruit out of high school, but his story goes beyond a mere star rating. The 6-foot-4, 250-pounder was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukemia in November of 2015. He subsequently underwent a grueling eight-month chemotherapy cycle which he finished last July, after which he was declared cancer-free. While Manning signed with Auburn as part of the 2016 cycle, he did not enroll in classes until this January.
  • Auburn redshirt freshman DT Tashawn Manning has moved to guard.
Manning (6'4/250) was a three-star recruit in the 2017 cycle. He enrolled at Auburn last January following eight months of chemotherapy to treat a leukemia diagnosis. Tigers OL Mike Horton has been impressed with Manning’s transition to the offensive line in the early going this spring, saying, “Once he gets the details down, he’ll be great.” Manning has received reps with the second-team offensive line thus far and will be jockeying for depth chart positioning with the above mentioned Horton as well as Marquel Harrell, Tyler Carr and Brodarious Hamm as the offseason progresses on its merry way.
