Jordan Schultz reports the Ravens will not retain quarterbacks coach Tee Martin.
Martin joined the Ravens in 2021 as a wide receivers coach. He was eventually promoted to quarterbacks coach and, as Schultz notes, was one of the people closest to Lamar Jackson in the organization. With Jesse Minter replacing John Harbaugh as the head coach and Declan Doyle taking over as OC, Martin will be replaced by a hire from the new braintrust. Martin received several head coaching interviews over the year, including meetings with the Commanders and Lions a month ago, so there should be plenty of interest in him this offseason. It would not be surprising to see Martin follow John Harbaugh to New York, potentially in the same role, for 2026.

Lions and Commanders scheduled interviews with Ravens QB coach Tee Martin for their offensive coordinator vacancies next week.
Per Jordan Schultz, “has done extensive work for Baltimore’s passing game as a whole” over the last three seasons, “helping propel Lamar Jackson to the 2023 NFL MVP.” Martin coach the Ravens’ wide receivers in the two prior seasons. These are the first reported interviews scheduled for Martin this offseason.

Ravens announced WRs coach Tee Martin will serve as QBs coach in 2023.
Martin met with the Colts for their offensive coordinator opening earlier this offseason but will remain with the Ravens this upcoming season. Martin has served as the Ravens’ wide receivers coach for the last two seasons and was with the Titans from 2019-2020. A potential up-and-comer in the coaching ranks, Martin’s name could be on several teams’ radars next offseason.

Ravens WRs coach Tee Martin will interview for the Colts’ offensive coordinator vacancy.
A former college assistant who came to the NFL ranks in 2019, Martin has spent the past two seasons as Baltimore’s wideouts coach. He also drew an OC look from the Bills last January. New Colts coach Shane Steichen will presumably call his own plays, so he could afford to have more of a specialist in the coordinator’s role.

Bills will interview Ravens WRs coach Tee Martin for their offensive coordinator vacancy.
Martin just completed his first season in the NFL after over a decade of coaching in the college ranks. His only offensive coordinator experience came during a disappointing three-year run with USC from 2016 to 2018, but there were other issues with that program when he was there. Even if he does not land this one, Martin appears on track to get a coordinator job at some point.
