There were serious questions about what the Pittsburgh Penguins’ suspension-depleted lineup will look like tonight, but the warm-ups cleared things up. Defense has been a huge issue for Pittsburgh and while Dan Bylsma cannot guarantee the quality will improve, they’ll be more quantity. Josh Yohe reports that these seven defensemen will suit up:

Kris Letang, Zbynek Michalek, Brooks Orpik, Simon Despres, Brian Strait, Deryk Engelland and Matt Niskanen.

Ben Lovejoy won’t be in the mix.

Meanwhile, Shelly Anderson wonders if forward Dustin Jeffrey was passed over because of a mean case of the cooties. Let the speculation begin.
