Four-time Olympic gold medalist Simon Ammann of Switzerland, along with multiple other international contenders, take on normal hill qualifying in the men’s ski jumping competition this morning.

All of the jumpers have had to contend with a tough RusSki Gorki normal hill in training; Poland’s Kamil Stoch went as far as to call the normal hill “a mean girl.”

Nick Fairall, Nick Alexander, Anders Johnson and Peter Frenette make up the American contingent.
