STAMFORD, Conn. – Aug. 6, 2026 – 2026 WNBA All-Star and rookie sensation Olivia Miles and the league-leading Minnesota Lynx (25-6) host two-time WNBA All-Star Paige Bueckers and the Dallas Wings (19-12) from Target Center in Minneapolis, Minn., this Sunday, Aug. 9, at 3:30 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock, headlining NBC Sports WNBA coverage this week. Additionally, NBC Sports will present coverage of three-time WNBA All-Star Angel Reese and the Atlanta Dream (19-11) hosting 2026 WNBA All-Star Marina Mabrey and the Toronto Tempo (10-20) from Gateway Center Arena in College Park, Ga., this Monday, Aug. 10, at 8 p.m. ET on Peacock and NBCSN.

WINGS-LYNX
The league-leading Lynx are riding a 10-game win streak, becoming only the 22nd team in WNBA history to win at least 10 games in a row. 2026 No. 2 overall pick Olivia Miles scored a team-high 28 points on 11-14 shooting while Napheesa Collier, a five-time WNBA All-Star and four-time All-WNBA selection, added 18 points to go along with eight points and seven assists in only her fourth game of the season after returning from an ankle injury. Minnesota had three representatives at the WNBA All-Star Game in July – Miles, Courtney Williams, and Natasha Howard – with head coach Cheryl Reeve serving as one of the game’s two coaches.
Bueckers, the 2025 Kia WNBA Rookie of the Year, ranks seventh in the league in scoring (20.1 points per game) and is one of only seven players in the league averaging more than 20 points per game. Along with Minnesota, Atlanta, and Indiana, Dallas has three 2026 All-Stars on their team: Bueckers, Jessica Shepard, and 2026 No. 1 overall pick Azzi Fudd, the latter of whom also won the 2026 State Farm WNBA 3-Point Contest.
This will be the fourth-career matchup between Fudd and Miles, the top two respective picks in the 2026 WNBA Draft, with Minnesota winning all three games this season thus far.

TEMPO-DREAM
The Dream, winners of seven of their last 10 games, are led by its All-Star trio of Reese, Rhyne Howard, and Allisha Gray, all three of whom rank in the top 20 in the WNBA in scoring. Reese, who’s led the league in rebounding the previous two seasons, ranks second in the category this season (11.8 RPG) and is one of only two players in the league averaging a double-double. Howard 12th in scoring (17.2 PPG) and ranks first in steals (2.4 SPG) and two-time WNBA champion Jordin Canada ranks third in assists (7.6 APG) and second in steals (2.1 SPG).
The expansion Tempo are led by Toronto’s first-ever All-Star, Marina Mabrey, who ranks sixth in the WNBA in scoring (20.6 PPG) and whose stellar season includes a career-high 53-point outburst in a win over Los Angeles on June 25, tying the WNBA’s single-game scoring record. The first WNBA team ever located outside of the U.S., the Tempo also feature 2026 No. 6 overall pick Kiki Rice.
