VandenHurk has allowed one run on two hits over 3 2/3 innings since being recalled from the minors when rosters expanded last week. The 26-year-old right-hander has a 5.79 ERA in 44 major league appearances (33 starts), so he can be ignored for fantasy purposes.

He was cleared to make room for the newly-acquired Jairo Asencio on the 40-man roster. VandenHurk was just claimed off waivers from the Blue Jays last week. The 26-year-old right-hander made four appearances with the Orioles last season, but spent the majority of the year at the Triple-A level.
