The box scores shows French domination of Albania in Wednesday’s EURO match, but the points were nearly split between the tournament hosts and an extreme long shot.

Antoine Griezmann flicked a header home in the 90th minute and Dimitri Payet netted in the fifth minute of stoppage time as French again left it late at EURO 2016 with a 2-0 win over Albania.

On Day One, it was Payet late to topple Romania in Saint-Denis. This time the location was Marseille, as France stayed atop Group A with six points. The hosts are the first team to go through to the knockout rounds.

Fan whipping boy Olivier Giroud found chance after chance but was just one of many French players not to find a finish.
