Rams signed RB Chase Reynolds, CB Kendric Burney, TE Demarco Cosby, OT Ryan McKee, WR John Chiles, and DTs Cornell Banks and John Henderson to reserve/future contracts.
The Rams also signed C Tim Barnes, as reported earlier. Reynolds is a middling talent from Montana, managing just 24 yards on 14 preseason carries. Burney has the highest profile of the group. A favorite of NFLN’s Mike Mayock before the 2011 draft, Burney was not selected but has some appeal as a zone corner.
  • FA Running Back
Rams re-signed exclusive rights free agent RB Chase Reynolds to a one-year, $580,000 contract.
Reynolds led the Rams with 19 special teams tackles in 2014. He should have an inside track on a roster spot.
  • FA Running Back
Rams special teamer Chase Reynolds is recovering from sports-hernia surgery.
Technically a running back, Reynolds is a special teamer by trade. He was a core one for the Rams in 2013, appearing in all 16 games. Reynolds has an inside track to the 53-man roster, but can’t afford to miss much of training camp.
  • FA Running Back
The Rams did not tender an offer to restricted free agent RB Chase Reynolds, making him a free agent.
Reynolds is a core special teamer. He turns 29 in October.
  • FA Running Back
Rams re-signed RB Chase Reynolds to a one-year contract.
Although listed as a running back, Reynolds only plays special teams. He finished the 2015 season with three special teams tackles in ten appearances.
  • FA Tight End #48
Rams waived TE Fendi Onobun, RB Keith Toston, RB Chase Reynolds, and S Jonathan Nelson.
Super athletic but raw even by developmental project standards, Onobun was drafted in the sixth round last year after playing basketball at Arizona. Another team may take a flier. Toston rushed for 54 yards on 19 carries last season, but lost out when Cadillac Williams and Jerious Norwood were imported.
  • FA Running Back
Rams signed RB Chase Reynolds, formerly of the Seahawks.
Reynolds, undrafted out of Montana, was in Seahawks camp for just over two weeks. He’ll be a practice body in St. Louis and potential practice squad candidate. The Rams may also try gleaning some info on their division rival.
  • FA Running Back
Seahawks waived RB Chase Reynolds and DT Ladi Ajiboye.
Reynolds was a productive small school runner at Montana, but he doesn’t possess NFL caliber size and speed. Former Gamecocks star Ajiboye is undersized with subpar explosiveness.
