The folks at BlueGoldNews.com have the list of 22 incoming freshmen who signed on the dotted line their letters of intent to attend West Virginia University, and play football there.The biggest name is running back Tavon Austin, a five-star tailback from Baltimore. He’ll likely take over for Noel Devine, if Devine leaves for the NFL after his junior season in 2009.Then again, Jason Gwaltney was a much-hyped running back in Morgantown four years ago. And it was little-known Steve Slaton who became a superstar at the position.
