Dodgers optioned LHP Eric Hull to Triple-A Las Vegas.
Hull made one appearance in three days, throwing a scoreless inning Tuesday.

Orioles manager Craig Albernaz said Samuel Basallo (right side abdominal discomfort) could have stayed in today’s game and that his exit was “precautionary.”
Most importantly, Albernaz doesn’t believe Basallo will undergo any testing. If that holds true, Basallo has likely emerged from today’s scare no worse for the wear. Basallo injured his core while trying to make a lunging tag at the plate. It still wouldn’t be surprising if he missed a few days.
Machado in 'sweet spot' for top fantasy 3B options
Eric Samulski and James Schiano scout third baseman for fantasy baseball, highlighting Manny Machado as being in the 'sweet spot' of productivity and attainability and explain why this position should be prioritized.
  • BAL Infield #16
Coby Mayo went 2-for-3 with a double and 2 RBI against the Tigers on Thursday.
Suddenly with fresh life at playing time in the wake of Jordan Westburg’s oblique injury, Mayo is carrying a 1.227 OPS and his double came off the bat at a game-high 111.5 exit velocity. Mayo is definitely in the AL-only conversation at third base. He may yet mount a case to be in the mixed league discussion if he keeps hitting like this.
  • BAL Outfield #9
Tyler O’Neill went 3-for-3 with a homer Thursday against the Tigers.
Someone set the Tyler O’Neill April Mode on early, as he’s scorching hot with a .778 batting average in Grapefruit League play so far. It remains an open question of exactly how much playing time he’ll get in Baltimore’s revamped outfield, but the contract does seem to suggest he’ll do better than just a pure platoon bat with Dylan Beavers. Should he win a job, he’s someone to keep an eye on, at least during the hot streaks.
  • DET Pitcher #54
Keider Montero allowed two runs and five hits in three innings against the Orioles on Thursday.
He topped out at 98.5 miles per hour on the gun and had three swings-and-misses, but struck out just one. Montero is no lock to start for the Tigers and could figure in to the long relief plan if he doesn’t make the initial rotation. There wasn’t much to get excited about here today despite the increased velocity.
  • BAL Pitcher #64
Dean Kremer allowed five hits and two runs against the Tigers on Thursday.
He struck out just one and allowed six hard-hit balls in 2.2 innings. Kremer will be a respectable wins streamer in the right matchups this year assuming he manages to keep a rotation spot after Baltimore’s offseason influx of Tyler Glasnow and Chris Bassitt.
  • SD Pitcher #44
Joe Musgrove (elbow) threw three innings in a simulated game on Thursday.
Musgrove believes he’ll make his Cactus League debut soon after coming off the (simulated) mound feeling well. Coming off Tommy John surgery, he’ll be a candidate to be in the top-75 starters in 2026 should his rehab continue to progress positively.
  • NYM Outfield #15
Tyrone Taylor went 1-for-3 with a three-run homer against the Astros on Tuesday.
It was a no-doubter off lefty reliever Steven Okert, a 419-footer that left the bat at 106.0 miles per hour. Taylor seems ticketed for reserve duty behind Luis Robert Jr. this year and probably doesn’t have a real path to fantasy value barring several injuries ahead of him. It’s nice to see that the power is still there when he makes real contact.
  • NYM Infield #10
Marcus Semien went 2-for-3 with a solo home run against the Astros on Thursday.
It was his first of the spring, a 389-footer off of Astros reliever Bryan King. Semien batted leadoff and added a hard-hit single off Tatusya Imai’s leg. Given his likely presence as a fixture in the Mets lineup and a strong track record, there’s a case to be made that Semien is being underdrafted in mixed leagues as he’s barely coming off the board in the top 20 second basemen.
  • HOU Starting Pitcher
Tatsuya Imai threw a scoreless inning in his Grapefruit League debut against the Mets.
He took a liner from Marcus Semien off the leg, but recovered to force Bo Bichette to ground into an inning-ending double play. Imai topped out at 94.7 miles per hour and was credited with only throwing a change-up and a sinker, though he claimed after the game he had also thrown some sliders. Through an interpreter, Imai said that the plan was for him to throw just one inning and that his leg is fine. Imai looks to be a fine SP dart throw at the end of mixed league drafts.
  • NYM Starting Pitcher #26
Nolan McLean threw four scoreless innings against the Astros in his Grapefruit League debut.
He topped out at 97.9 miles per hour on the gun (a tick up from last year) and retired 12 of 14 batters faced, allowing just a single to Jeremy Peña in the first inning. McLean struck out 6 and threw 56 pitches. The upside is sky high here as his ADP continues to climb into the top 100 players. His next start should come in the World Baseball Classic.
