He’s expected to make a final rehab start at Double-A Reading on Sunday. His extensive track record suggests he can still be an impactful fantasy contributor, though it remains unclear whether he’ll return to his previous level of performance.

It sounds like there’s a possibility Young could hit the injured list after suffering the injury over the weekend against the Athletics. There should be a decision on his status at some point in the coming days.

Atlanta probably wouldn’t mind if Murphy took his time with the way Drake Baldwin has been tearing the cover off the ball this season. The 31-year-old backstop is expected to catch Spencer Strider’s rehab start on Thursday but figures to return to Atlanta shortly afterwards. He’s been out recovering from last year’s hip surgery since the end of spring training.

Houston could certainly use some extra pitching depth and they’ve turned to a familiar face in Bielak, who made 70 appearances for the club over a five-year period earlier this decade. The 30-year-old has bounced around the past few years and hasn’t been back in the big leagues since 2024. He’s been out since undergoing shoulder surgery last April.

Voth returns to Toronto on a brand-new pact after electing free agency last week. The well-traveled 33-year-old made one relief appearance for the Blue Jays prior to being designated for assignment and passing through waivers unclaimed.

Blach is merely organizational depth at this stage of his career. The 35-year-old last appeared in the majors when he made 20 appearances for the Rockies back in 2024.

Collins was fortunate to avoid serious injury when he went crashing head-first into the left-field seats attempting to catch a foul ball during the first inning of Tuesday’s game at Comerica Park. The 28-year-old outfielder is presumably day-to-day but will probably need a couple days off to recover.
