Darren O’Day was pulled off of his rehab assignment at Triple-A Gwinnett after spraining his right big toe on Tuesday.

O’Day has been working his way back from a left calf strain, but now he’ll need at least a few extra days to deal with this toe issue as well. The right-hander has been sidelined since July 12.
