Isaac Collins went 2-for-4 and slugged a two-run homer on Tuesday night, but it wasn’t enough to lead the Brewers past the Cubs in Chicago.
Collins walloped a 388-foot (99.9 mph EV) two-run shot off of Ben Brown in the second inning that gave the Brewers an early 2-0 advantage. It would be short lived though. He also doubled to lead off the fourth inning, but never advanced past second base. With his two-hit night, the 27-year-old outfielder is now hitting .242/.349/.375 with three homers, 13 RBI and seven stolen bases in his first 150 plate appearances with the Brewers.
