It’ll be Kyle Farmer taking over at DH with Mickey Moniak moving up to the leadoff spot.

A K rate that low keeps him off the fantasy radar ahead of his next start, at home against the Red Sox.

Burger’s solo homer came off Kade Anderson in the top of the second. It was the only run Texas would score against the rookie southpaw. Burger is up to 26 homers on the year, including five in his past 15 games. While he is unlikely to match his career high of 34 set in 2023, he has certainly bounced back from a disappointing first season with the Rangers.

The homer was Seager’s fourth in his past six games, and he has now hit one in three straight contests. The 32-year-old dealt with injuries and ineffectiveness in the first half, but he entered Wednesday with a 144 wRC+ since the All-Star break. He has played more than 123 games just once since 2020. That, combined with a lack of speed, should keep his ADP in check this offseason.

It’s a different-looking lineup from Reds manager Terry Francona as he mixes things up with rookie Carlos Jorge in the leadoff spot against Dodgers ace Yoshinobu Yamamoto. Rodríguez will get a look towards the middle of Cincinnati’s lineup after leading off against most right-handed starters for the past couple weeks.

Maton wraps up an underwhelming and injury-plagued Cubs debut with a bloated 6.18 ERA across 27 2/3 innings over 31 appearances. It’s unclear whether he’ll be ready for the start of spring training until he undergoes the procedure. There should be an update on his recovery timeline in the coming weeks.

Astros manager Joe Espada told reporters the current plan is for Correa to start taking at-bats in live batting practice this week. That would presumably put him on track to either start a rehab assignment or jump back into Houston’s lineup before the regular season concludes. The 31-year-old third baseman is working his way back from mid-May surgery repair a torn tendon in his ankle that was believed to be a season-ending procedure at the time.

Tidwell struck out two in the 78-pitch outing, raising his ERA to 4.82. The 25-year-old righty began the season in the Giants’ bullpen, but he has now made seven starts since the trade deadline. He was acquired from the Mets last summer as part of the return for Tyler Rogers. Tidwell will remain an unexciting fantasy option in his next start, a rematch against the Cardinals.

The Giants have seven saves since the trade deadline, and Harris is the fifth different reliever to earn one. Dylan Smith is the only one with multiple saves during this span, but Tony Vitello has been using a closer by committee all season long. Harris’ save against St. Louis was the first of his big-league career.
