Carlos Narváez went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run against the Rays on Friday.

Narváez is now slashing .350/.440/.500 with one home run and six RBI through ten games this spring. The 27-year-old hit .273/.347/.439 with eight home runs in 285 plate appearances to begin last season before suffering a knee injury. He figures to start around 70 percent of Boston’s games behind the dish due to his defensive value, and is a real value in two-catcher fantasy formats.

Jose Altuve went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and a solo home run against the Orioles on Sunday.

White Sox 'aren't going away' in second half
With an impressive first half of the season wrapped up, the White Sox picked up where they left off by taking the series in Toronto as they aim to cement their place atop the AL Central.

Coby Mayo went 2-for-4 with a solo home run against the Astros on Sunday.

Mayo’s home run was his 13th of the season. He hit a solo shot off Bryan King in the sixth inning. Mayo is 595 plate appearances into his big league career and it’s clear he has power (.169 career ISO) and will strike out (32 percent career strikeout percentage). Mayo is hitting .197 in his career. While he’s potentially more of a .230-hitter, it doesn’t make much of a difference for fantasy considering he’s more of a 20-homer guy than a 40-homer guy.

Brandon Young allowed one run in seven innings and got the win in the Orioles’ 5-2 victory over the Astros on Sunday.

Young gave up five hits, walked one and struck out seven. He improved to 8-2 with the win. Young was excellent in this start, holding the Astros to one run in seven innings. He has a 3.25 ERA and a 4.50 xFIP. Young is lined up to face the Braves at home next weekend.

Sal Stewart hit a three-run homer while going 1-for-5 in a win over the Rockies on Sunday.

Stewart’s three-run homer came in the second inning and gave the Reds an early 8-1 cushion off a less-than-spectacular Ryan Feltner. In his first full season of MLB action, Stewart has now hit 20 homers in 98 games while driving in 70 runs, giving him a very realistic chance to have a 30-homer, 100-RBI season. There have been some lows to go with the highs, but it’s hard to not be impressed with what Stewart has done in 2026.

Tyler Stephenson homered twice in a win over the Rockies on Sunday while driving in three runs.

Stephenson, Sal Stewart and Brandon Lowe all drove in three runs in this game for the Red Leggings. Amazingly, he had the second most homers in this game, as Hunter Goodman went deep thrice for the Rockies. Stephenson also added a double and his team won, so that’s a nice consolation prize for the 29-year-old. He’s homered eight times in 2026 with a slash of .247/.325/.395 slash to go with them along with 27 RBI.

Hunter Goodman homered three times, but the Rockies fell to the Reds on Sunday by a 9-6 score.

Goodman has been the subject of trade rumors as of late, and this certainly didn’t hurt his stock if he truly is available. The three roundtrippers bring him up to 30 on the season, and he was able to plate five so his RBI total improves to 56. Goodman was a breakout star last year, but he’s been even better in 2026 with those aforementioned totals and an .886 OPS to go with them. He’s probably staying in Colorado — why on Earth they would trade him is anyone’s guess — but Goodman has the type of power that will play in whatever park he lands in.

Ryan Feltner allowed eight runs in just 2 1/3 innings in a loss to the Reds on Sunday.

Feltner gave up two homers, and both were three-run shots off the 29-year-old. It’s another lackluster outing for a pitcher that has provided plenty of them, but this was certainly as bad as Feltner has pitched over the last month plus. He’ll be completely off the fantasy radar for a scheduled start next weekend in Milwaukee against the Brewers.

Hunter Greene worked six innings of three-run baseball to collect a win over the Rockies on Sunday.

Greene gets his second win of the season in his third start of the season. It paled in comparison to the dominance he showed just prior to the All-Star break when he whiffed 12, but it was a solid-enough effort that saw Greene strike out seven. The only real issue was keeping the ball in the park, as he gave up two homers to Hunter Goodman, who ended up hitting three in the losing effort. Greene looks solid so far, and he[ll be back on the bump again next weekend against the Cardinals in St. Louis.

Hunter Brown allowed four runs in 4 2/3 innings and took the loss against the Orioles on Sunday.

Brown gave up three hits, walked six and struck out four. He fell to 1-1 with the loss. Injuries have limited the 27-year-old right-hander to eight starts this year. In July, he’s allowed 13 runs in 14 2/3 innings over three starts. Brown has a 4.05 ERA. He’s lined up to face the White Sox on the road next weekend.

Shota Imanaga didn’t give up a run in his seven innings of work to lead the Cubs to a 10-1 rout of the Twins on Sunday.

Imanaga didn’t have to be at his best with Zebby Matthews giving up a couple handful of runs, but he certainly was close to it. The southpaw scattered six hits and a walk, and he was able to strike out four. He generated nine swings-and-misses, and just seven balls hit off Imanaga registered as hard contact. Imanaga will take a 3.91 ERA into a scheduled start Saturday against the Pirates.
