Andrei Iosivas caught his only target for seven yards in Cincinnati’s Week 2 win over the Texans.

He played 32-of-60 snaps as the Bengals have spread the ball around, letting Colvie Young (1/7 on one target) and Dohnte Meyers (0/0 on one target) also get involved against the Texans. Iosivas looks like a poor FLEX risk in Week 3 against the Steelers.

With both Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins active, Meyers saw just 19 offensive snaps. He caught both of his targets but his biggest play was an 81-yard kickoff return to start things off in the first quarter. As long as Chase and Higgins are playing, Meyers is best left on fantasy benches.

Young went limited-full-limited in three practices this week. The Bengals may be elevating a wideout or two off the practice squad. The Friday downgrade isn’t a great sign for the 2026 fourth-rounder.

Young is on track to face the Dolphins in Week 5. His return comes at the right time. Ja’Marr Chase is in the NFL’s concussion protocol and Tee Higgins (adductor/neck) is sidelined.
  • CIN Wide Receiver #5
Head coach Zac Taylor told reporters before practice that Higgins would be listed as limited. Not only did he not practice, but the team listed him with a neck injury on top of his adductor issue. He went down with the adductor injury late in Cincy’s Week 4 loss to the Jags. It’s unclear when the neck issue cropped up. With multiple injuries holding him out of practice, Higgins looks unlikely to play in Week 5. With Ja’Marr Chase potentially out as well, Dohnte Meyers could be Joe Burrow No. 1 receiver this week. He should be added in all fantasy formats.
  • CIN Wide Receiver #81
Meyers entered the pass-catching fray with Andrei Iosivas and Colbie Young both out. Add in Ja’Marr Chase (concussion) leaving early and Tee Higgins (adductor) getting hurt at the end of the game and Meyers is suddenly a waiver wire option this week. The 26-year-old former CFL player caught 7 passes, seeing designed screens and downfield targets as he led Bengals wideouts in snaps. He made a juggling catch to set the Bengals up near the red zone on their final drive, capping off a productive day where he mostly operated as the team’s No. 2 receiver. Also involved was Mitchell Tinsley, who caught 3-of-7 targets for 49 yards. As we await Higgins’ and Chase’s statuses for next week, Meyers is the best wide receiver option to add as a potential FLEX play for Week 5 against the Dolphins.

With WR Andrei Iosivas (thumb) on injured reserve, WR Dohnte Meyers should operate as the Bengals’ No. 3 wide receiver this week. He is not reliable enough to warrant FLEX consideration in 12-team leagues, though.
  • CIN Wide Receiver #80
Head coach Zac Taylor said Iosivas is expected to return at some point this year. Colbie Young and Dohnte Meyers will both be in the running for the WR3 role, though it’s not a role that produces fantasy points unless one of Tee Higgins or Ja’Marr Chase goes down.

Meyers seemingly has the No. 4 wide receiver job locked up. On the first drive, he hauled in three passes. He bagged a nine-yard pass on an in-breaking route from the slot on the first, a 17-yard pass via a corner route from the slot and a 25-yard gain on the following play. The Athletic’s Paul Dehner Jr. labeled Meyers a “roster lock,” saying at first a special teams returner role seemed to be Meyers’ ticket to a roster spot, but “the consistency of his playmaking at every turn of camp and the preseason made him undeniable.” He ran with the first-team offense in practice this week, and Bengals wide receivers coach Troy Walters said, “he can play all three positions.” File Meyers’ name away for down the road.
  • CIN Wide Receiver #86
Per Dehner, Young has “made as many highlight catches as anyone, validating the Bengals’ fourth-round pick.” He believes “the seeds of a bright future were planted” for Young this summer. That said, Young is still developing and is likely to start the season as the Bengals’ No. 5 wide receiver.

Iosivas was on the field for two drives, taking 10 of the first 13 snaps and playing alongside QB Joe Burrow. Fourth-round rookie WR Colbie Young subbed in, taking one snap on the second drive and remained on the field after the starters left. He looked good hauling in a 20-yard gain on 3rd-and-16 from QB Joe Flacco. The battle for the Bengals’ WR3 role continues with Iosivas seemingly ahead of the rookie.

Isaiah Davis caught all three of his targets for 49 yards in the Jets’ Week 7 loss to the Dolphins.

Davis only carried the ball one time. He got onto the field on the Jets’ final drive after Braelon Allen got shaken up. Geno Smith proceeded to pepper him with check-downs, one of which he took for 41 yards. Davis hasn’t been seeing the ball much with Breece Hall out. Now that Hall has a good chance to return next week, Davis can be dropped even in the deepest of leagues.

Darren Waller scored a 50-yard touchdown in the Panthers’ Week 7 loss to the Bucs.

Waller’s second quarter touchdown came after he beat a linebacker on a post route. It was also one of just two targets in a game the Panthers went on to lose 43-13. Waller’s score was the only black and teal tally before garbage time. Nice, though Waller had previously not found the end zone since Week 2. He has 14 total catches through six games. The limited overall workload has made Waller difficult to trust as a TE2 because of his zero-point floor. He will have some big-play potential Thursday against teh Packers.

Keenan Allen caught 3-of-3 targets for 31 yards in the Colts’ Week 7 loss to the Vikings.

Allen was second on the team in targets while leading in receptions and yards against the Vikings. He saw just 30 snaps but operated as a quick release valve over the middle of the field for Daniel Jones against a blitz-happy Vikings defense. In an otherwise low-volume day, Allen had another game with a high share of the Colts’ receiving output. He will be in the WR3 ranks ahead of a Week 8 matchup against the Jaguars.

Geno Smith completed 23-of-30 passes for 287 yards, three touchdowns and one interception in the Jets’ 28-25, Week 7 loss to the Dolphins.

Smith posted another impressive box score and was almost perfect in this game, but his few mistakes were extremely impactful. The first was a red zone interception where Dolphins safety Michael Taaffe simply read Smith like a book and jumped the throw for an easy interception. The second catastrophic blunder was a 12-yard sack at the goal line that forced the Jets to settle for a field goal. Smith simply stared down Chop Robinson as the EDGE rusher ran straight at him for an easy sack. Smith isn’t at risk of losing his job anytime soon, but he needs to get back on track against the Raiders next week before taking on the Chiefs and Bills in the following weeks. Smith will be a mid-range QB2 for Week 8.

Seth McGowan rushed 11 times for 46 yards in the Colts’ Week 7 loss to the Vikings, adding one reception for two yards.

With Jonathan Taylor trade possibilities swirling, McGowan quietly saw an increase in usage against the Vikings. He turned 12 touches into 48 yards, seeing 20 offensive snaps to Taylor’s 41. Though Taylor is still the definitive RB1, it is notable that the rookie 25-year-old is getting more opportunities, including a couple red zone snaps. McGowan has not quite achieved standalone fantasy value but should be added as a bench stash. He would be the Colts’ RB1 should Taylor be traded later this season.

Tetairoa McMillan caught 4-of-6 targets for 40 yards in the Panthers’ Week 7 loss to the Bucs.

Feel lucky McMillan even reached those marks, as the Panthers simply did not compete in a game where they committed four turnovers and trailed 33-6 at halftime. The first-team offense sat for the game’s final 10 minutes. McMillan had a better go of it than Jalen Coker, who caught one pass and fell down to create an interception. A shambles, though one the Panthers have to move on from quickly, as they are headed to Green Bay for a potential short-week shootout on Thursday Night Football.

Texans coach DeMeco Ryans said Jaylin Noel has a turf toe injury.

Noel was spotted in a boot after the game and Ryans confirmed the injury at a post-game scrum. Noel is droppable at this point between the injury and the sudden integration of Marvin Harrison Jr. and Tank Dell.

Jalen Coker caught 1-of-4 targets for nine yards in the Panthers’ Week 7 loss to the Bucs.

Coker was also the intended target on the first of Bryce Young’s two interceptions. The wideout fell down, leading to the miscue. It was simply a nightmarish day for the Panthers’ offense, who also watched Young cough up a fumble-six. With the Panthers trailing 33-6 at halftime and 43-6 at the 10:21 mark of the fourth, the first-team offense sat for the game’s final 10 minutes. A disaster for fantasy managers, but likely a short-lived one with the Panthers heading to Green Bay for a short-week Thursday night matchup with the Pack. Coker must still be fired up as a WR2 for that one.

Jonathan Taylor rushed 18 times for 95 yards and a touchdown in the Colts’ Week 7 loss to the Vikings, adding 2 receptions for 15 yards.

Taylor once again operated as the Colts’ lead back, though rookie Seth McGowan took on more work as the game went on. A first quarter 38-yard touchdown by Taylor was the Colts’ most explosive play of the game; the rest of his rushes averaged just over three yards per carry. It was a tough matchup for the Colts against a high-motor Vikings defense and the offense was not able to sustain drives long enough for Taylor to get opportunities. He saw red zone snaps later in the game but the Colts were unable to move the ball close to the goal line. With another Indy loss, Taylor remains in trade rumors. Regardless of where he plays the rest of the season, Taylor is still a fantasy RB1 moving forward.

Nico Collins caught 2-of-5 targets for six yards in Houston’s Week 7 loss to the Giants.

He did draw a defensive pass interference and a defensive holding, so at least he helped in points per penalty leagues. The Giants had defenders draped all over Collins for the majority of the game, and he was punished when he did catch the ball. It was Collins’ worst box score return since his rookie season, and one of only four games in his career where he was targeted and did not return at least 13 yards. The Texans wideout situation is complicated, but we’d still bet on Collins returning from the bye as a low-end WR1.
