Derrick Henry rushed 23 times for 73 yards and a touchdown in the Ravens’ Week 4 win over the Titans, adding two receptions for six additional yards.

This week marks the second straight game in which Henry averaged less than 4.0 YPC. Fortunately for fantasy managers, he did manage to find the end zone on a five-yard score on the Ravens’ first drive and was relied on heavily in the second half when Lamar Jackson exited the game with an ankle injury. This wasn’t a flashy game for Henry, who was held to three or fewer yards on 16 of his 23 rush attempts. That said, he continues to be the only Ravens RB of note and remains in the RB1 mix for next week’s game against the Falcons.

Fantasy managers won’t balk at the production Henry provided their lineups in Sunday’s win over the Cowboys, but the Big Dog was largely bottled up against a suddenly stingy defensive front. Henry’s longest run came on a 29-yard burst in the third quarter that helped set up a Chris Moore receiving touchdown, but that run also accounted for 32.6 percent of Henry’s yards on the ground. He averaged a very underwhelming 2.4 YPC on his other 25 carries on the day and was tackled for a three-yard loss on a fourth-and-goal from the Cowboys’ one-yard line. The good news is Henry remains the unquestioned bell cow in the Ravens’ backfield, and he has a Week 4 revenge game against the Titans on tap. He’ll be a must start RB1 in what should be a plus matchup.

Henry didn’t provide his signature explosive plays in this one, with his longest carry of the afternoon coming on an eight-yard run. On the Ravens’ second drive of the game, Henry turned seven touches into 45 yards from scrimmage, thanks in part to a screen pass he took for 19 yards, and capped the drive with a one-yard score to give the Ravens an early 7-0 lead. He averaged a respectable 4.3 YPC on the day, but the Saints were able to hold Henry in check for much of the afternoon. That said, fantasy managers won’t be mad at the production. He gets a plus matchup next week on the road against the Cowboys.

Age continues to be just a number for Henry. The 32-year-old bell cow handled 24 of the backfield’s 30 carries on Sunday, averaging an impressive 6.0 YPC while ripping off four gains of 10-plus yards. Henry did his part to keep the Ravens on schedule all afternoon, and wound up finding the end zone three times on Sunday. His first score, which came on a four-yard plunge in the first quarter, was followed by a 32-yard score in the second quarter, in which Henry shook off two tackles on his way into the end zone. He would add a third score early in the fourth quarter for good measure while pushing the Ravens’ lead to 38-16. It’s only one game, but Henry doesn’t look like he’s lost a step heading into his 11th season. He’ll be on the RB1 radar in Week 2 in a plus matchup against the Saints.

In an appearance for the Up & Adams show, Henry said, “when I hang it up, Baltimore is the last place I want to be.” The 32-year-old later followed up on social media by saying he “would like” to finish his career with the Ravens, but clarifying he “never said anything about retiring.” Henry is still producing at a high level and is not headed for retirement just yet. However, when he does consider retirement, he hopes to close out his career with the Ravens. Henry has produced 3,516 rushing yards and 32 rushing touchdowns in two seasons with the Ravens and is currently under contract through 2027.

Hill ended 2025 on injured reserve because of a neck issue. He was reportedly a cut candidate during the offseason and the team selected Clemson running back Adam Randall on Day Three of the draft. It seemed possible that the team planned on replacing Hill this year, but Zrebiec shot that idea down, at least for the start of the season. Zrebiec answered, “I can’t see that happening from the jump,” in reference to a question about Randall opening the season as Baltimore’s backup running back. Hill caught 21 passes for 169 yards and a touchdown in 10 games last year. He also punched in a pair of touchdowns on the ground despite running just 18 times. His ceiling is extremely limited, even in the event of a Henry injury, but Hill should have some standalone RB4 value in PPR leagues.

Henry got the party started with a 41-yard dash to open the game. Outside of that, there wasn’t a ton of room for the 32-year-old, but it’s another strong game for a running back who has defied aging. He finished 36 yards behind James Cook for the NFL lead. Regression will come for Tractorcito at some point, but nothing that happened in the 2025 campaign suggests it is coming soon. Even with little involvement in the passing game, it’s hard to imagine that he won’t be a fantasy RB1 again next year.
  • BAL Running Back #22
Henry now has more 200 yard rushing games (7) than any player in NFL history. He wasn’t targeted in the passing game, because why would you need to? Three of his touchdowns came in the first half, and he routinely ran over completely overmatched Green Bay defenders in yet another impressive effort for the 31-year-old. Keaton Mitchell was somehow able to get nine carries for 31 yards as his (beyond) clear backup on a day where Baltimore rushed for 307 total yards in Lambeau Field. Even if Lamar Jackson (back) returns for Week 18 against the Steelers, Henry is going to be the focal point of the Ravens’ offense for that contest. He has to be.
  • BAL Running Back #22
Henry erupted in the second half following the departure of starting quarterback Lamar Jackson, quite literally putting the team on his back as the Ravens built an 11-point lead in the fourth quarter. The veteran bruiser overcame a lost fumble in the first quarter for his second consecutive 100-yard showing, sixth 100-yard outing, and fourth multi-touchdown game of the season. Henry was curiously mothballed in the fourth quarter after scoring his touchdown. The Ravens fall to 7-8 with the loss and no longer control their own destiny for a playoff berth. King Henry gets a difficult matchup against the Packers in Week 17.
  • BAL Running Back #22
Henry’s day was buoyed by back-to-back runs of 29 and 24 yards in the third quarter. The Ravens’ RB1 failed to find the end zone for his fantasy managers for the second straight week, and will look to turn around his fortunes in Week 16 against the Patriots. Despite the low-volume day, Henry will remain in the RB1 mix next week.
  • BAL Running Back #22
It was yet another inefficient day on the ground for Henry, whose play has fallen off over the past month along with the rest of the struggling Baltimore defense. Henry, however, remains among the top ten NFL running backs in rush yards over expected per attempt. As usual, Henry lost out on pass-catching duties to Keaton Mitchell — who left the game with a knee injury — and Rasheen Ali. Henry has a superb Week 15 matchup against the exploitable Bengals defense. He had ten rushes for 104 total yards and a touchdown in the Ravens’ Thanksgiving night loss to the Bengals.

Patriots brought in free agent RB Jamaal Williams for a workout.

The Pats brought in an interesting name to work out for the backfield this week, bringing in former Packers, Lions, and Saints running back Jamaal Williams. The 31-year-old last appeared in the NFL for the Saints in 2024, tallying 164 rushing yards that season. He had a career year for the Lions in 2022, totaling 1,000 yards on the ground and leading the league in rushing touchdowns. The Patriots are looking for some depth behind Rhamondre Stevenson and TreVeyon Henderson; there is no indication Williams will sign, but he will be practice squad depth if he does.

Giants WR Braxton Berrios (foot) announced he will need season-ending surgery.

Berrios announced on his Instagram that he will need season-ending surgery for his foot injury that landed him on injured reserve. The 31-year-old is primarily a special teamer, returning four punts and five kicks this season. Injuries have prevented Berrios from appearing in more than 14 games over the last three seasons and he now has his season end early as he requires foot surgery.

Broncos signed WR Cam Ross to their practice squad.

With Pat Bryant (ankle) suffering a multi-week injury in Week 4, the Broncos are adding to their wide receiver depth by signing Ross to the practice squad. The 25-year-old Ross was an undrafted free agent out of Virginia who spent training camp with the Broncos before he was let go in final cuts. Ross now re-joins the practice squad. EDGE Jahfari Harvey was let go from the practice squad in a corresponding move.

Cardinals signed OL Jedrick Wills off Buffalo’s practice squad.

He’ll replace Paris Johnson, who heads to season-ending injured reserve. Wills, the former 10th overall pick in the 2020 draft, will compete with 2026 seventh-rounder Jayden Williams for reps at left tackle in Johnson’s absence.

Buccaneers kicker Chase McLaughlin (right groin/hip) did not practice on Tuesday.

It was an addition to the report. Never a great sign, especially on a short week. The Buccaneers aren’t carrying a practice-squad kicker, so expect some workouts as they try to find someone you won’t be starting in fantasy football with Jalon Daniels under center.

Cardinals placed TE Hunter Long (knee) on injured reserve.

He’ll miss at least the next four weeks. Long had played 91 snaps in his first four weeks with the Cardinals and will cede blocking duties to promoted practice-squadder Teagan Quitoriano for those of you in points-per-blocked-players leagues.

OT Lane Johnson retired from the NFL after 14 seasons.

We’d heard word through former Eagles EDGE Brandon Graham on a post-game show that this was on the table following Week 4, but it’s still a stunner to see it come to fruition. Johnson cites that his “personal and family priorities” have changed in his post about retiring. The stalwart Eagles right tackle made two first-team All-Pro appearances and three second teams, along with six Pro Bowls. Markel Bell started in his stead in Week 4 and should be expected to get the playing time at right tackle going forward.

Browns designated QB Dillon Gabriel (back/IR) for return.

His 21-day practice window will open up. There’s obviously no rush to promote him to the active roster with the Browns already dressing three quarterbacks every week, so this is probably just starting a ticking clock on a trade or cut from the quarterback room.
