Dalton Kincaid (ribs) returned in the fourth quarter of Week 6’s game against the Raiders.

With the game tied at 23-23, Kincaid returned to the field with the Bills attempting to take the lead. Whatever he’s dealing with appears to be minor at this point, so he’ll likely attempt to gut out the remainder if this one.

Kincaid did nearly all of his damage in the short area of the field, but his fantasy managers will take any kind of volume they can get after a three-week stretch where Kincaid saw a dismal seven combined targets. Kincaid’s eight targets led all Bills pass-catchers in this one, and were it not for an 18-yard touchdown taken off the board by a holding penalty, he could have been in line for a much bigger day. It’s far too early to say that Kincaid is “back,” but fantasy managers can at least be happy with a decent day of production. The Bills are now entering their bye week, but Kincaid will be boom-or-bust TE1 in Week 8 against the Ravens.
  • BUF Tight End #86
Kincaid exited in the third quarter and went to the blue medical tent before eventually heading for the locker room. Kincaid could be seen holding his ribs while running a route earlier in the game and was in the midst of a good performance. We will check back in with any updates we receive.
  • BUF Tight End #86
The Bills clearly came into this one intent on establishing the run, attempting 37 rushes to just 19 Josh Allen pass attempts in a game played without both DJ Moore and Joshua Palmer. Kincaid has now seen three or fewer targets in each of his last three games after erupting for 225 yards through the air in the first two weeks. The ceiling was never in question, but fantasy managers have to be reeling after three consecutive down performances for the enigmatic tight end. Kincaid remains an upside TE1 ahead of a Week 6 meeting with the Raiders.
  • BUF Tight End #86
Kincaid had just two targets in Sunday’s loss to the Patriots after seeing three looks last week against the Chargers. He’s cooled off considerably after a hot start to the 2026 season. “There’s no reason Dalton Kincaid should have two targets, especially with the flow of the game and how that goes,” a visibly frustrated Brady said after Buffalo’s Week 4 loss. “Gotta find a way to get the ball in his hands and do a better job of that.” Against the Patriots Kincaid was targeted on just 8 percent of his routes. He’ll look to bounce back next week against the Rams.
  • BUF Tight End #86
The Bills’ offense was struggling to move the ball during this game, and DJ Moore left early with a shoulder injury, so it’s almost inexcusable that Kincaid wasn’t used more often. Kincaid played one fewer snap than Dawson Knox but ran 22 routes to Knox’s 10. Still, Josh Allen dropped back to throw 40 times, and Khalil Shakir ran a route on 34 dropbacks, so there is no reason for Kincaid to run 12 fewer than that over the whole game. He ran fewer routes than Josh Palmer and only six more routes than Moore, who only played one and a half quarters. The Bills will need to find a way to get Kincaid back into their plans before Monday night’s game against the Rams.

Kincaid almost had another big catch over the middle of the field for another 15 or more yards, but he was lit up by a safety and dropped the ball at the end of the play. It was the type of hit where you’re just happy that he wound up healthy and able to stay in the game. The 26-year-old later made a nice catch and broke three tackles as he moved closer to the Chargers’ end zone, but the ball was poked out from behind by a chasing defender. Kincaid still ran the second-most routes of any receiver on the Bills and remains a TE1 in fantasy.
  • BUF Tight End #86
Kincaid truly did it all in this one, routinely in the middle of the blocking scrum on long James Cook runs in addition to his work through the air. His 95 yards handily paced the team, with his first touchdown of the young season coming from 16 yards out near the end of the second quarter. Kincaid remains one of the most efficient pass-catchers in the league on a per-route basis and has worked his way into the upper echelon of fantasy assets at the position. He remains a locked-in TE1 when the Bills host the Jets in Week 3.
  • BUF Tight End #86
Kincaid, according to Fowler, “could be the real key to elevating Josh Allen and the Buffalo offense this season.” Fowler added “multiple people with the team told me Kincaid is healthier than he was this time last year and is on no snap restrictions.” This is further confirmation that Kincaid won’t see the highly restrictive usage of the Sean McDermott era in Buffalo. Head coach Joe Brady is keen on using Kincaid both as an intermediate threat and a downfield option. Kincaid in Week 1 against the Texans led all tight ends in air yards (94) and ran a route on nearly 70 percent of the Bills’ drop backs. He could be an elite every-week option going forward.

Kincaid was the recipient of many of Josh Allen’s biggest throws of the game, including a 35-yarder to put him over 100 yards on Buffalo’s final non-kneeldown drive. Kincaid played 42-of-57 snaps, a 73 percent rate he never came close to hitting in any game last year. It sure seems like there’s no reason for the Bills to not target him if he can stay healthy; so it will be hard to not recommend him as a TE1 against the Lions on TNF.
  • BUF Tight End #86
The most efficient tight end in the NFL over the past two seasons, Kincaid ran a pass route on a meager 45 percent of Buffalo’s drop backs over 12 games in 2025, finishing the season with 49 targets while being targeted on a hefty 28 percent of his routes. Finally healthy, Kincaid has been talked up by Bills coaches over the past few months. Bills players and beat writers have even complimented Kincaid’s blocking, a point of concern for the fourth-year tight end. Buscaglia said if Kincaid can “be just competent enough in blocking to preserve the threat of play action when he’s on the field and continue to crush receiving efficiency metrics, he’ll become one of the most important pieces to the roster.” Kincaid is a high upside swing late in drafts for those who fade the game’s top tight ends.

Mike Washington, Jr. had six rushes for 27 yards in the Raiders’ Week 7 loss to the Rams.

As usual, Washington was far more efficient than lead back Ashton Jeanty, who had 15 yards on eight carries while catching eight passes for 61 yards and a touchdown. Washington can be stashed for now in case Jeanty misses time in the second half of the season. Washington likely won’t get the pass-catching work if Jeanty misses time, however.

Tyler Higbee caught 2-of-3 targets for 14 yards in the Rams’ Week 7 win against the Raiders.

It was Davis Allen who caught two of Matthew Stafford’s three touchdown tosses as the Rams leaned into heavy three tight end-set usage with Davante Adams sidelined indefinitely with a hamstring injury. Though Higbee led Rams tight ends in pass routes, his lack of red zone involvement left him out in the statistical cold. Trying to figure out which LA tight end is going to go off in a given week is going to be a continual headache for fantasy gamers in the coming weeks.

Jahmyr Gibbs rushed 29 times for 116 yards in the Lions’ Week 7 win over the Packers, adding five receptions for 27 additional yards.

Fantasy managers won’t balk at what was an overall solid performance, but they probably would have liked to see Gibbs rush in a touchdown; the Packers were more than willing to give him late in the fourth quarter. Gibbs fell short of the end zone twice on the Lions’ final drive to ensure Jake Bates’ game-winning field goal attempt would be the final play in regulation, which worked to the Lions’ advantage in the 20-17 win. Gibbs ripped off multiple chunk gains in this one, with 13 of his 29 carries going for five or more yards. He did lose a fumble deep inside Packers territory near the end of the second quarter, which likely cost his team at least three points, but as usual, Gibbs was a big reason why the Lions constantly found themselves in position to win. It’s worth noting that on his final play of the game, Gibbs appeared to suffer a knee injury when his left leg bent awkwardly as he attempted to stop and fall to the turf to keep the clock running, but he was able to jog off under his own power. We would ultimately expect him to be fine, but his practice status will be one to monitor this week as the Lions prepare to take on the Vikings. Assuming he is good to go, Gibbs will be an obvious RB1 candidate next week.

Matthew Stafford completed 23-of-29 attempts for 195 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception in the Rams’ Week 7 win against the Raiders.

It was a fairly clean game for Stafford against a Raiders defense that rarely pressures the passer and has proven vulnerable in the intermediate and deep areas of the field. Stafford picked apart the Vegas secondary in the first half, with heavy three tight end-set usage and a more run-heavy game plan than usual with Davante Adams (hamstring) sidelined. The Rams had 35 rushing attempts to 29 passes on the day. Stafford connected with Puka Nacua for one score and Davis Allen for two others. Though Stafford’s ceiling is going to be lower with Adams out, he profiles as a safe option in Week 8 against the Chargers. He now has six multi-touchdown games this season.

Ashton Jeanty had eight rushes for 15 yards in the Raiders’ Week 7 loss to the Rams, adding eight catches for 61 yards.

Among the least efficient rushers in the game, Jeanty again struggled to get anything going on the ground behind a middling Vegas offensive line. He did almost all of his damage through the air, turning eight targets into 61 yards and a late score in garbage time. He ran a route on 20 of the team’s 35 drop backs against the Rams and ranked second among Raiders pass catchers in targets. Mike Washington had six carries on the day. Jeanty, with at least six targets in six of his seven games this season, can maintain RB2 status as long as he’s catching passes out of the backfield. He gets the Jets in Week 8.

Tre Tucker caught 5-of-12 targets for 103 yards and a touchdown in the Raiders’ Week 7 loss to the Rams.

It was a quiet day for Tucker until the Raiders once again found themselves down by three scores in the fourth quarter. Kirk Cousins — as he did last week against Buffalo — let it rip and peppered Tucker with late downfield targets, one of them resulting in an impressive 37-yard touchdown. Tucker led all Vegas pass catchers with a dozen targets and dominated air yards as usual. Last week against the Bills, Tucker went for 97 yards and two scores on five receptions. The miserable Raiders defense should lead to plenty of runaway negative game script for the team’s offense in the coming weeks, and Tucker’s role as the team’s lone deep ball option gives him weekly upside. He’ll be a WR3 option in Week 8 against the Jets.
