Weaver is recovered from his torn ACL and PCL, but the muscle that allows a player to flex his left foot was “completely destroyed” and the nerve damage hasn’t healed sufficiently. Weaver was told by Dr. James Andrews two years ago there was a “99 percent” chance he’d never play again. He recently failed an Eagles physical because his foot “didn’t work” well enough to flex. Weaver’s injury is similar to the one that ended the career of Dolphins Hall of Fame center Dwight Stephenson back in 1987.

Pickens’ big blow was a 38-yard go ball touchdown from Dak Prescott to put the Cowboys at 17 points. Clearly doubled at times in the red zone, the Chargers were willing to get beat elsewhere. Pickens had some incredible downfield catches, including a fourth-down conversion early in the game. He’ll be on the WR1 line against the Commanders in Week 17.

Lamb became the first Cowboys wideout since Michael Irvin to go over 1,000 yards for five straight seasons. And yet, you’re mad. Curious! Lamb was never really uninvolved, but couldn’t hit the big play and managed just 2/7 in the red zone as Los Angeles’ defense constricted Dak Prescott’s throwing lanes. He’ll be an obvious WR1 against the Commanders in Week 17. We know that doesn’t help you right now.

Dart was flustered by Brian Flores’s blitz-heavy defense for most of this game. The Vikings got home on him for five sacks, on which he lost 20 yards. His net passing of 13 yards is one of the worst marks of the season. Dart added a measly two carries for seven yards. Interim head coach Mike Kafka has made it a point of emphasis to limit Dart’s rushing. While Dart might be taking fewer concussive hits under Kafka, he looks out of place as a pocket passer. Dart’s interception was a tipped pass by Theo Johnson, but the throw was high and opened Johnson up to a big hit over the middle. Dart’s fantasy luster is entirely gone without his rushing production. He will barely register as a QB2 for Week 17 against the Raiders.

The Buccaneers offense finally has a fully healthy receiving corps, but still struggled to pass downfield against the Panthers. Mayfield’s longest pass was 13 yards before connecting with Emeka Egbuka for a 40-yard pass in the fourth quarter. He threw a one-yard goal-line fade to Mike Evans for the first Bucs score and averaged 5.6 yards per attempt for the game. Mayfield’s rushing production came off scramble plays he took several yards downfield. He made quick passes to the middle of field in the fourth quarter two-minute drill, but capped it off by missing Mike Evans to throw an interception to end the game. The Bucs have struggled offensively the second half of the season and now lose control of first place in the NFC South. Mayfield has fallen to the fantasy QB2 range for Week 17 against the Dolphins.

He handled 19 snaps and could develop a meaningful role at some point in the next two games if Javonte Williams’ workload is managed or Williams is shut down. What we’ve seen so far isn’t enough to get him on the FLEX line against the Commanders in Week 17.

He added two catches for nine yards on three targets. It was his worst fantasy box score since Week 6’s dud against the Panthers, and he saw just 33 of 57 Cowboys snaps as they’re clearly not trying to push Williams down the stretch of a lost season. The good news is that the Commanders are a plus matchup for Williams in Week 17 and he should remain on the RB2 line.

Johnson’s nine targets trailed only Chris Olave, who had 16 targets in a dominant performance. Johnson once again saw good usage here, running a pass route on 35 of the Saints’ 50 drop backs and benefiting from a pass-heavy game plan. This week marked the fourth time in 2025 Johnson has cleared 50 receiving yards in a game. His usage in the Saints offense makes Johnson a somewhat reliable streaming option every week. He’ll be a top-15 option in Week 17 against the Titans.

Hampton and Kimani Vidal were uncomfortably even on snap count early in the game before Vidal left with a neck injury, and Vidal saw the only true red-zone opportunity and watched Justin Herbert get tush-pushed into the end zone. Nevertheless! Hampton was able to get there with a big fourth quarter and looked like a much more explosive rusher for most of the game. Vidal’s injury should help him be in the volume RB2 conversation in Week 17, though the Texans are admittedly not an easy matchup.

The Chargers did not punt until the third quarter, and the only other drive they had that ended without a score was a purposeful kneeldown on fourth down rather than kicking a meaningless field goal to go up 20 instead of 17. Herbert looked well-composed, rarely was pressured by Dallas’ defense, and made the quality of throws we’ve come to expect from him. He also mixed in a 37-yard scamper past a blitzing Cowboys linebacker and a tush-push touchdown for a nice fantasy rushing line. Despite this, the conventional wisdom will put Herbert near the bottom of the QB1 line in Week 17 for Saturday’s matchup against the Texans.
