Bills signed San Jose State WR Tre Walker.
Walker (5'11/178) didn’t fully emerge until 2019, taking first- and second-team with 124/1,788/6 in his last two seasons with the Spartans, mostly serving as a short-to-intermediate threat. Walker’s strong hands and ability to sift through zones on those routes was nice, but also mandatory for production. He unfortunately posted a dismal 0.54 RAS, giving him one of the worst overall athletic profiles in his class. A small, unathletic player such as Walker may find backup work from the slot, but is more likely a practice squad guy in Buffalo.
