Bears signed QB Trace McSorley to their practice squad.

McSorley has spent time with the Ravens, Patriots, and Cardinals throughout his career after being drafted by the Ravens in the sixth round of the 2019 NFL Draft. The Bears signed him to their practice squad after Justin Fields’ hand injury. Chicago has rookie Tyson Bagent slated to start while Nathan Peterman and now McSorley back him up.

Chris Godwin caught 4-of-8 targets for 37 yards in the Bucs’ Week 6 loss to the Steelers.

Godwin’s eight targets today go down as a season-high, but he failed to make much of his opportunities, per usual. The veteran wideout hasn’t hit 50 receiving yards in a game this year and is still looking for his first touchdown of the season. With Emeka Egbuka pulling away as the team’s WR1, there isn’t much volume headed Godwin’s way. With Jalon Daniels likely to make another start next week, Godwin is tumbling down the WR4 ranks ahead of Week 7.

Cowboys declared LB DeMarvion Overshown, CB Cobie Durant, S Alijah Clark, RB Emari Demercado, OLB James Houston, T Drew Shelton, and WR Camden Brown inactive for Week 6 against the Packers.

Overshown remains absent with his hamstring injury. Recent acquisition Joey Porter Jr is active after missing Week 5 with an illness. The Cowboys look to shake off an ugly Week 5 loss against the surging Packers on Sunday Night Football.

Dalton Kincaid (ribs) is questionable to return in Week 6’s game against the Raiders.

Kincaid exited in the third quarter and went to the blue medical tent before eventually heading for the locker room. Kincaid could be seen holding his ribs while running a route earlier in the game and was in the midst of a good performance. We will check back in with any updates we receive.

Isaiah Davis rushed seven times for 16 yards in the Jets’ Week 6 loss to the Patriots, adding a 10-yard reception.

This was by far Davis’ biggest workload during Breece Hall’s (quad) ongoing absence, though Braelon Allen continued to dominate snaps and touches. Hall has to be getting close to a return, but even if he remains for Week 7 against the Dolphins, Davis has not shown earn to merit second FLEX treatment.

Packers declared OL Aaron Banks, CB Benjamin St-Juste, OL Jager Burton, and OL Donovan Jennings inactive for Week 6 against the Cowboys.

No real surprises from the Packers as they look to continue their recent momentum forward as they chase the Vikings and Bears in the competitive NFC North. The team also appears set to get back franchise running back Josh Jacobs for Week 7 after it was reported the veteran back will be removed from the commissioner exempt list Monday.

Darenll Washington caught 4-of-6 targets for 25 yards and a touchdown in the Steelers’ Week 6 win over the Bucs.

Washington got in the end zone for the third time this year via an RPO toss from Rodgers near the goal line. His six targets were double the total of Pat Freiermuth, who was laboring through a calf injury in this contest. Muth should be healthier and earn more looks next week, making this minor spike game from Washington rather unsustainable. Washington will be a touchdown-or-bust TE2 for his Week 7 date with the Saints.

Braelon Allen rushed 17 times for 78 yards in the Jets’ Week 6 loss to the Patriots, adding two receptions for 26 yards.

Allen ceded a little more work to Isaiah Davis than he did the past two weeks during Breece Hall’s (quad) ongoing absence, but he still cleared 100 yards from scrimmage for the second consecutive week. Allen was thundering around the field, handing out some nasty stiff arms and broken tackles. Never placed on injured reserve and out for the past three contests, Hall has to be getting close to a return, but we thought the same thing heading into Week 6 before Adonai Mitchell missed his fourth consecutive contest with a finger injury. The Jets don’t seem particularly great at this roster management thing. Allen will remain a high-end RB2 if Hall sits against the lowly Dolphins in Week 7.

Devin Singletary rushed four times for 14 yards and a touchdown in the Giants’ Week 6 loss to the Saints, adding one reception for 19 yards.

Singletary saw 31 snaps on the day, leading Giants running backs in a pass-happy game script. It’s unclear what the Giants backfield will look like moving forward, but it’s a messy committee for now. Singletary and Tyrone Tracy seem to be the preferred options for passing down snaps, though Tracy is the preferred choice for more high leverage situations. Singletary is worth a waiver claim but fantasy managers should stay tuned to wade through the coach-speak and see what this Giants backfield looks like for Week 7 against the Texans.

Pat Freiermuth caught 2-of-3 targets for 11 yards in the Steelers’ Week 6 win over the Bucs.

The Muth was clearly limited by his nagging calf injury in this game. He was added to the injury report over the weekend and played through the issue despite being hit with a late questionable tag. He was spotted hobbling to the sidelines at least once during this game, though he ultimately gutted it out and played through the issue. He and Darnell Washington each played 54 of 76 offensive snaps. Better days should be ahead for Freiermuth once he’s healthy, but it will be hard to trust him as anything other than a TE2 flyer for his Week 7 game against the Saints.

Tyrone Tracy rushed six times for 18 yards and a touchdown in the Giants’ Week 6 loss to the Saints, adding two receptions for 27 yards and a touchdown.

With Cam Skattebo facing a soft benching due to fumbling issues, Tracy saw the second-most running back snaps in a pass-happy game script. He opened scoring with a 17-yard catch-and-run in the first quarter and followed it up with a five-yard rushing score in the fourth quarter. The Giants backfield remains murky after Skattebo saw zero touches and no Giants back rushed for over 20 yards. Tracy is worth rostering as a potential FLEX play for Week 7 against the Texans.
