Browns QB Joe Flacco has been named the back-up and could be in line to start on Sunday against the Rams.
When speaking to the media on Wednesday, Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski made it clear that Joe Flacco was the back-up to Dorian Thompson-Robinson. With Thompson-Robinson entering concussion protocol after taking a big hit against the Broncos on Sunday, that would mean that Flacco would be in line to start if Thomson-Robinson is unable to play. Flacco threw for 1,051 yards, five touchdowns and three interceptions over four starts with the Jets last season, but is incredibly immobile, which could be good news for Aaron Donald and the Rams defense on Sunday.
