Titans agreed to terms with CB Cor’Dale Flott, formerly of the Giants, on a three-year, $45 million contract.
The deal includes "$32 million fully guaranteed.” This is standard starting cornerback money for a cap-flushed Titans squad that needed help at the back end of its defense. A 2022 third-rounder who just finished up his rookie contract, Flott had trouble staying healthy in New York City, though he missed “only” three games each of the past three seasons. He has three career picks, earning decent enough coverage marks from Pro Football Focus. Still only 24 years old, it’s possible Flott discovers another level to his game under new defensive-minded Titans head coach Robert Saleh.
