Packers selected Oklahoma State LB Collin Oliver with the No. 159 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
One of the most explosive defenders in Stillwater since the arrival of HC Mike Gundy, Oliver (6’1/240) enters the draft with a 9.74 RAS and the tape to match. Bursting onto the scene as a true freshman with 11.5 sacks in 2021, Oliver racked up 40.5 TFLs and 23.5 sacks across his career, blending twitchy acceleration (1.57 10-yard split) with bend and chase-down effort. While he transitioned from EDGE to off-ball LB in 2023, his comfort zone remains screaming off the edge. Oklahoma State’s 3-3-5 gave him hybrid reps, but his instincts in space still need seasoning. Undersized with 30.75” arms, Oliver can get swallowed in the wash and needs a defined role. His 90.8 PFF pass rush grade backs up the eye test—when he’s turned loose, he’s a headache. He’ll thrive as a nickel rusher early, with developmental upside as a rotational WILL linebacker.
